Nick has over 10 years experience in Start Ups and real estate acquisition. He has been a leader in The community and a strong voice for business development Initiatives for surrounding areas for almost just as long. He brings to the table a network of connections spanning all sectors of business. He has acquired many real estate assets as investments, and Has been involved in the development side as well. He has raised capital for many of these projects, and offered investors a healthy return on their money.

Nick completed The Real Estate Salesperson Program through the Ontario Real Estate Association, and the Mortgage Agent Course through the Real Estate And Mortgage Institute of Canada.

Nick brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. This coupled with his undeniable work ethic allows the team to break down barriers and tackle projects that some consider impossible.

Jordan has over 20 years of experience in the fields of project management and business leadership. After graduating from McMaster University with a degree in Engineering, he started his career with Stoncor Group, a world leader in industrial/commercial flooring and chemical containment linings. At Stoncor, Jordan was responsible for technical service, installation quality assurance, and sales support nationwide.

From there he joined Rowan, Williams, Davies and Irwin Inc. (RWDI), the worlds largest wind engineering, environmental, and sustainability consulting firm. As project manager, Jordan spent time working on many of the worlds tallest buildings and biggest development projects, most notably, the Hudson Yards development in New York. In 2015, Jordan was promoted to Project Delivery Manager, where he was responsible for business development, sales, scheduling and project delivery for RWDI’s largest business sector. Jordan has now joined the family business where, among other things, he enjoys working with family and real estate development/acquisitions.

• Scott is a partner with the firm Withey Addison Accounting.  Scott joined Withey Addison LLP in 2004.  He graduated from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pa, in 2001, where he played varsity hockey for the Lakers.  Upon graduation he gained valuable experience working as a Financial Analyst for a large Canadian Insurance Company.  Since completing his accounting designations, Scott has continued to develop professionally and has completed the CICA Income Tax Practice Course.

• Jason has been working in the financial services industry since the late 90’s.
• It all started back in Ottawa, when a local bank manager came into the restaurant where he was working and was seated in his section. A conversation ensued about banking and finance which turned into an invitation to interview. Thus began a two decade career working for one of the top chartered banks in Canada.
• His time there included challenging roles within wealth management and business banking, where he helped many clients articulate their financial goals and take the next steps towards achieving them.
• Many will remember him delivering market updates and empowering investors with ongoing wealth seminars and workshops in the Kingston, Belleville and Port Hope areas.
• He has had the privilege of working with experts in the financial industry like Patricia Lovett Reid, Don Drummond, Bob Gormanand General Hillier, to name a few.
